on yahoo news the had an article on this "Baggy Pants Man"



there is this dude that was walkin around on weed and his pants were showin his undies

so the cops arrested him for having his pants to low and thru him in jail for the night

this took place in Riviera Beach, Florida

and they got a ballot signed by 5,000 people to make this a lawin there town



if you ask me this is freakin ridiculous

a person can wear ne thing they want where ever they want

i wood think it would be under the law about freedom of speach

just let all the old people beat the dude with sticks until he pulls them up!!!!!!
